It was my first time going and as someone with 0 upper body strength I was quite nervous. The instructors are so supportive and the group were very welcoming. I wanted to gate-keep but they deserve their flowers. Make sure you go to the next class!

I love these workshops. The women's events are excellent - lots of skills practice in a friendly, no-pressure environment. The coaches are always willing to give tips and the team created a great atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner (as I was when I started) or want to work on your skills, these workshops are the best thing in Brum to help you to improve.

Great class and teachers. Even the other people there for the class were supportive. First time coming along to the class/workshop and there is something for everyone. They modified the circuits using the resistant bands for extra support which was useful and effective for me. Will be back again. Nice community!

I love Brumisthenics workshops! Bilal and Cali-Booy are so passionate about calisthenics and this really shines through in the well designed, fun (and hard) workshops. As a beginner, I really appreciate their patience and commitment. Everything is explained and they offer heaps of help and support. Everyone is so friendly, it's a brilliant community whether you're a novice like me or you are more advanced and want to train with enthusiastic like-minded athletes.
